Reassured wins Best Customer Retention Performance Award at the Legal & General Business Quality Awards (BQA) 2020.
Winners were announced in February at the awards ceremony held at Butchers Hall, London.
The awards represent excellent quality performance and dedication to customers.
Reassured were shortlisted alongside Essential Insurance and Just Mortgages for the Best Customer Retention Performance award, and are very pleased to walk away with the win.
Another achievement attributed to the hard work of our employees and our award-winning retention sales team.
Other winners included Life Search for Data Precision award, Active Quote for Customer Excellence award and Your Finance Expert for Protection Written in Trust award.
Companies shortlisted use the Legal & General Early Warning System, which informs advisers of policies that are about to expire.
Doing so has meant that 456 customer policies were reinstated and were able to make a claim – paying out £25 million.
