Reassured, the UK’s largest life insurance broker * , today announces that it has appointed James Turnbull as its new Chief Digital Officer (CDO) in a move to strengthen the executive team in line with new product offerings and strategic business objectives.
As the company’s first ever CDO, James will work with the board to assess and improve how customer data is safely collected and used to make important decisions about how Reassured does business with its customers.
This will include looking at how operations can be streamlined, identifying new products as the company diversifies and improving user experience, as well as helping find ways to increase efficiency and profitability.
With over 20 years’ experience, James’s knowledge in unrivalled. He has previously led the digital team at Domestic and General, where his role was to maximise the digital opportunities to bolster more traditional offline channels across 11 different markets.
He has also held previous similar roles with British Gas and The AA and joins the business from Staysure Group, where he was Chief Digital and Information Officer.
