Reassured, a leading life insurance broker is setting up its first office location in the North of England, creating new job opportunities in Manchester.
Reassured is one of the UK’s largest direct life insurance brokers, arranging policies for around 78,000 families a year and annually servicing some 260,000 people. Customer numbers have grown by 20% in the past year with profits up by 305% in the same period.
It is a growing business with excellent customer feedback. And it has big plans to become the most recognised, reliable and recommended life insurance broker in the UK.
Part of those big plans involved a relocation of the Reassured headquarters from Alton to Basingstoke, earlier in 2017. This growth has now been followed by the unveiling of a further office location in Portsmouth along with the firm’s first push into the North of England with a brand new office in Manchester.
The current headcount at Reassured is 285 people. The new Manchester office, set to open in February 2017, will be home to 35 staff initially, in addition to the 450 people that can be accommodated at Reassured’s Basingstoke HQ.
The firm also has plans to recruit a further 50 staff for its new Manchester base over the coming 6 months, as the wider business continues to grow.
Staff are rewarded heavily for a strong performance at Reassured and as a result, the business has been nominated as a Sunday Times Top 100 Company to Work for the last three years in a row and is also currently in the shortlist for the Amazon Growing Business Awards 2017.
