Reassured are a leading life insurance broker and the largest in the UK * . We use our industry experience and expertise to help individuals and families across the country find suitable protection policies at affordable prices.

Through our advised and non-advised services, we compare life insurance, income protection and other financial products from major insurers such as Aviva, Legal & General, Vitality and LV=.

As a regulated broker, our mission is to help close the protection gap. We do this by making cover more accessible, putting customers first and adapting to ever changing needs in the market.

Reassured are based in five locations across the UK and employ over 800 dedicated experts offering a vital service to thousands of customers every day.

Types of cover we offer

At Reassured, we offer a range of protection options to suit varying needs.

Level term

Level term life insurance pays a lump sum if you pass away during a set term. The lump sum amount remains the same (level) throughout the policy term.

Decreasing term

Decreasing term life insurance pays a lump sum if you pass away during a set term, but the lump sum amount reduces over time, usually in line with a repayment mortgage.

Whole of life

This policy provides cover for the rest of your life and pays out a fixed lump sum when you pass away. Whole of life is usually more expensive than other types of life insurance.

Guaranteed over 50s

Over 50 life insurance is a type of policy that offers guaranteed acceptance for UK residents aged 50 - 85 and pays a fixed lump sum when you pass away.

Family income benefit

Family income benefit (FIB) pays ongoing monthly payments (instead of a lump sum) if you pass away to help replace your income. Cover lasts for a specified term.

Life and critical illness

Critical illness cover can be added to life insurance for an additional cost. This provides a pay out if you pass away or are diagnosed with a critical illness during the term.

Income protection

Income protection insurance pays out a percentage of your usual income if you’re unable to work as a result of an injury or illness. You can take out cover on a short or long term basis.

If you have a pre-existing medical condition, high risk occupation or hobby, our specialist impaired risk team are here to assist you. We work with specialist insurers (through our advised service) that can often offer policies designed for non-standard applicants.

Reassured offer a free and simple digital trust writing service. Placing life insurance in trust can help protect a future pay out from inheritance tax and provide a faster pay out for your loved ones.
